QUESTION: Let's say a lazy, fat student decides to get their life together and get
in shape. Where do you think they should start, especially if they
don't want to go stand all clueless and out of shape in PAC/CIF while
all you ripped Spartans do you thang. asking for a friend O:)
If you want to lose weight, changing your diet would do a lot more than working out imo, so I'd suggest finding a solid diet that works for you. As for working out, I'd say start simple, here are some exercise routines for beginners https://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/wiki/getting_started#wiki_adding_exercise.
ReplyDeleteBe honest with yourself, if you're the kind of person who can make changes and stick with them without breaking then do a more challenging diet/regiment so you'll see results quicker. Otherwise I'd say ease your way into a healthier lifestyle, or you'll end up breaking a couple of weeks in.
^Seconded. Sustainability is key. You have to be in for the long haul or you'll just slip back into laziness.
DeleteThanks a bunch, guys! :)
