QUESTION:
Does anyone here go for therapy just because they want to work on themselves and don't have any diagnosed mental illness as such? I want to start going for counselling sessions just because 2015 was very stressful for me and I want to learn how to deal with it better.
I think everyone could use therapy!
ReplyDeleteI did, but I did to get away from something I didn't wanna do. It's ok. It didn't really help me that much. It's just like talking to a wall; a living, breathing wall, but still a wall.

DeleteIf you can't find a place to do therapy, check out a great book called Mind Over Mood. It's a workbook that addresses and helps you change your negative thought processes. I've had it for years and it's really helped me. If you cant find it they can custom order it at the Bookstore, that's how I got it.
