Are you an emotional/stress eater? How do you deal with exam season?


  1. have fruit or vegetables that you don't have to cook (baby carrots, celery, and cucumbers) if you want to be good. Having to cut stuff up lowers the motivation to snack. Saltine crackers and water if you want something salty. It's not just because it fills you up, but it's because it can get boring and it'll motivate you less to snack and stuff.

  2. I'm the opposite. I lose my appetite when I'm stressed. I actually end up losing weight. Maybe you should make time for exercise everyday? That tends to help with stress as well as burning calories.

  3. Chocolate. Lots and lots of chocolate
