No, they get paid minimum wage, this is Canada not U.S If I tip them, why don't I tip the bus driver or the mailman? This is a consequence if always following what the U.S does, and is illogical.
many of them have to pay for gas, car expenses, etc. out of their own pocket for delivery, so really they are effectively making significantly less than minimum wage
yes. it's considered a "tip job" and thus paid less than minimum wage

ReplyDeleteI don't agree with anything else 7 said but the money from the delivery fee really should go towards paying the driver. It's ridiculous if it doesn't.
