QUESTION:

There are communications courses that everyone in the math faculty must take. From list 1, there are courses that require the person to not be fluent in speaking and writing english. How do they determine who is properly fluent? Can I just fake an accent to get into this easier course?

Man up and take the native English communication courses. Why would you waste tuition learning something that won't benefit you?

If the native options are 210F or 109, just take them. They're stupidly easy.
