QUESTION: Does anyone want to be my workout buddy starting September? I have
difficulty with maintaining consistency. I used to go to the gym every
single morning without fail but then I lost the motivation and stopped
going, leading to a 10 lb weight gain :(
I want to get back to that but if I don't have someone to keep me accountable, I'd fall off the wagon again...

ReplyDeleteI'd be down to hit the gym if you're okay training with a 6ft, 200lbs guy. I have some experience on the circuit from a prior term and looking into getting back to a schedule. Reply if you're interested, but I'll be there regardless.
