QUESTION: I'm a 5'5 female who weights 127 pounds or so. I never really exercise and I have no muscle tone. I wanted to start toning up and running. Any people who are in similar situations? How long does it take before you start seeing changes in your body?

  2. I'm in the exact same situation except I'm an inch taller! I can never seem to gain weight or be able to build muscle. Does anyone know any workout/diet plans that can help and are easy to learn as a beginner?

  4. Running is great for getting your whole body in shape. Your calves and quads will get nice and curvy. It will tighten up your hips and waist. It took me about 3 months of regular running (2-3 times per week) before I started noticing physical changes. Just make sure you have good shoes and replace them every 2 years to help avoid injury, and always stretch before going.
