INST 101 is bird elective. I think there was a midterm, final and essay. With three electives, you probably should pick at least a couple of them based on your major and not just their level of difficulty if you intend on learning something useful.
I second the poster that suggested you choose things you like. When you're genuinely interested in the material, you're more likely to do the work (even essays). I did a hell of a lot better in Psychopathology than I did in Sociology of Adolescence (both breadth requirements) simply because I liked the course better, not because of how easy the courses were.
Watch out for ENGL 109, its a lottery with the TAs. Most are good, but some (looking at you PhD students), think they're the shit and have retarded standards
cs100, clas 104, psych 101, econ 101, sci 206.
ReplyDeleteagreed, all bird courses
DeleteClas 202, Anth 102, both ez 90%+ (95%+ IMO). Watch out for clas 104 - if online it's actually quite tough.
ReplyDeleteagree w class 202, but can OP take it in 1st year? i doubt it
DeleteI've heard ENGL109 is SUPEEEEER easy... but honestly, take things you like. If you like it, it will be easy.
ReplyDelete^this.
DeleteEcon 101 was easy, but reading that text book and attending class was so must difficult thing to do in first year.
