QUESTION: I have been inactive for a few months and was now considering getting a
shoe tag, starting this Spring. But the thing is, as a newbie I'm not
sure which classes I should take. I'm looking to loose weight and build
up stamina, and then later on go for toning and sculpting. What should I
do?
