Are there any good
tips to whiten teeth? I don't want to have to spend a whole lot on
whitening strips. Also, has anyone ever used the dental plan offered by
the university to get their teeth whitened?
Do not brush every time you eat. Brush no more than three times per day. If you have good teeth, (if you have no cavities by your age), brush twice per day and floss daily. Brushing too often wears down the enamel on your teeth. Especially of your canines.
If you want to whiten your teeth, save up for a single round of laser whitening. They recommend three rounds but 99% of the whitening occurs in the first 15 minutes.
There is this toothpaste, I think it's by Colgate and called Optimum White or something. Sorry, I haven't used it in a while so my memory is a little fuzzy, but it's good! It's in a red package.
Also coffee and tea are terrible for creating stains on your teeth.
if u can, brush every time after you eat.
ReplyDeleteor, eat less meat and sugar, then brush twice a day (morning & night)

1a. Knows where it's at. Brushing every time you eat, especially immediately after, is not recommended.

ReplyDeleteGo to walmart and buy one of those big jugs of chlorinated bleach. It gets the stains out of most things.
