I had them ALL the time last year when I lived off-campus. There were A LOT of them especially during the spring term. They are on my bed, on my kitchen utensils, on my books, in the washroom, it was insane. And most of the time I can't even kill them all because they are so tiny and their colours blend in with their surroundings.
tl;dr just move to a new place if you can. They aren't going away ...
Try strong placing whole cloves and cinnamon sticks ( bulk barn ) in your closet, bed and any other place they bother you... It works! ( you can google it :) )
My apt has a ton of them! I just kill them, their numbers have dropped significantly since I moved in.
