Leave class 5 minutes early, most professors do a partial review of anything important at the start of next lecture anyway
Just leave class a few minutes early. One term I had to go from DWE to St. Jeromes and then back to DWE. That's what I did. I was never late.
Run every day from now until classes start. Then buy a bike.
