I don't know man. Sounds pretty gay to me. That's the route I first took. Before I knew it I was sucking sucking a dick while jerking two guys off at the same time.
I wrote for half an hour but I couldn't post it. Just hurts too much. Here is the TL:DR
Girl broke up with me by accusing me of rape. Had serious trust issues and haven't been sexually attracted to anyone since. Before I was basically Barney Stinson from How I Met Your Mother, now I actively avoid talking to girls in any sort of romantic way. Recently made steps forward in my trust issues. I asked a girl out this term, she said no, but I actually asked. Want to ask someone out currently, but can't bring myself to do it.
Because of this post it will be all I can think of for the next couple days. All I can think about is 1: if she went to the cops, I would be instantly guilty because its my word vs hers, and being a guy I am instantly guilty. 2: If she can break up with me by doing that, what is the next girl going to do?
1. First of all, what? Have you not been watching the news? Hundreds of stories of women with VIDEO EVIDENCE of their rapes and cops still wouldn't prosecute... With a he-said she-said situation, cops RARELY will charge a guy with rape, even with independent evidence.
2. Are you sure you didn't rape her? I have the unfortunate experience of having met a number of men who claimed they were falsely accused of rape, and in general when listening to their stories they described a rape but thought it was okay because the woman didn't literally fight them off and call the cops. Like, just because you've had sex in the past doesn't mean you're entitled to it now. People you have had consentual relations with in the past still can rape you.
3. If she went to the cops about it, you would know; the cops can't charge you without you being contacted first.
To address your second point, we had sex before, and it was always mutual (we would look at each other, smile, say "lets do it?" "Yes" and go to the bedroom). The night in question I was too drunk, so I just laid there while she did all the work. It was the first time seeing each other in a while because of co-op and I guess I went a little to hard.
For the other two points, I have heard stories that have gone the other way too, and it just scares me that I wouldn't be able to travel, probably not be able to have kids, and have to tell all my neighbors that I am a sex offender.
For a little bit I thought I actually did rape her, but a couple friends who thought something didn't seem right sat me down and forced me explain blow by blow what happened. I don't know how I thought it was rape, just that it was.
The video evidence invariably shows that the woman was a lying bitch and no rape happened, thats why no charges are laid. Innocent until proven guilty you retard: a man should NEVER be charged in a he said she said situation, and its shameful that it even happens "rarely". Fuck, its even worse when women almost NEVER get charged with false accusing when there is irrefutable evidence.
What kind of a question is "are you sure you didn't rape her"? Maybe if feminists didnt keep changing the definition men would be able to keep track. Sorry, regretting sex the morning after doesn't entitle you to call it rape. It just means you are a slut with no self control. If we're both drunk, it means the man raped the woman? Equality!
Fuck you and all the others who give a pussy pass to women absolving them of all possible guilt and responsibility.
Hang in there 3, I know people who had their lives ruined by false accusations. Lets hope people like 3a don't fuck you too bad. Watch out dude, this may be your first lesson that women are not to bet trusted under any circumstances.
While 3.c is somewhat overly blunt in their writing I tend to agree with them as a male. It's interesting how even the media is starting to ask the hard questions:
I like to give myself the occasional reach around. I am a guy, and it is not gay.
