QUESTION: People who are co-oping/living in Downtown Toronto this winter term, how much are you paying and where are you living?

    3. 1 here. To be honest I was just really lucky. I wrote a long email explaining who I was and my lifestyle, and I just happened to be what the landlord was looking for. Also managed to persuade him to lower the rate.
