QUESTION: Anyone ever blank out during a midterm? I completely screwed up my midterm because I literally could not recall a single thing I studied. This has never happened to me before. Should I talk to my professor?
Prof can't and won't do anything. My parents are profs, and they actually get very annoyed when students try to get free marks because they blanked on the exam. Also, don't have your parents call, profs are not legally allowed to talk about your marks with anyone, you are an adult now.
It's normal if you were nervous, crammed, or just understudied in general. It's happened to me before, but completely avoidable.
ReplyDeleteplenty of times, but it's during a period when i went off my meds without asking my doctor
ReplyDeleteGood excuse. "I forgot literally everything, can I try again?"
ReplyDeleteI think I marked your exam.

ReplyDeleteI do this thing where right at the start of the midterm, I blank on certain things, and as I go, I remember them and answer the questions I missed.
