QUESTION: Has anyone been to health services for depression/anxiety related issues? How did it go? I feel awful right now... Don't even know how I manage to make it to class everyday...

  3. you should go asap, make sure you document everything too

also, meds usually take a long time before they start working (that's if you find the one that actually works for you)

  4. .. has anyone had Dave as a counsellor? Kind of concerned because of all that stuff about the sexual harrassment case he was involved in... What's the best way for me to switch out? Not sure I'm comfortable seeing him.

    1. Phone/email the secretary and ask for a change. I've done it. They switched me no questions asked.
