QUESTION: Anyone know any place I can rent for 1 month? Just for September because my apartment won't be ready until October.

Try resurrection college? If they're not full then they may be able to accommodate you. Not 100% sure but I think one of my friends once stayed there for a week before she could move in to her apartment.
