QUESTION: any trans* people @ uWaterloo?

    Waterloo's student population is still pretty conservative.

  7. we're around. GLOW has a great library of resources. there are a couple of other clubs that are/may be trans* inclusive including the Atheist, Agnostic, and Freethinker Alliance, Students for Palestinian Rights and the Red Path Society.

  9. There is probably a statistically representative number of them on campus.

    Given that the percentage of people who are gender dysmorphic is extremely low in general, and many already pass by university age, the chances of you noticing one is pretty small.

    I feel like people have a perception that the condition is common thanks to hanging around on certain parts of the net, but the reality is that the vast majority of people don't fall into whatever letter salad of an acronym they are using these days.
