If you are covered under your parents' work health plan(s), you could probably opt out of the student health insurance (via their website at www.ihaveaplan.com). The other big ticket ones would be WEEF and Sandford Fleming if you're in Engineering... most of the other refundable fees (imprint, WPIRG, et al) are basically peanuts
You can opt out of the health plan, but most other fees that you are able to opt out of only add up to a couple of dollars, so it's not really worth your time.
