QUESTION: I already submitted my intent to graduate form a few weeks ago and I just realized that I have enough credits for a minor. I didn't know at the time. Can I still ask them to add the minor or is it too late?

did u try, umm i dunno, asking the registrar's office? must be tough to write that email

Go to them ASAP since they started processing from Tuesday! Look concerned and be kind and then they'll care!
