QUESTION: What do you do if you got an interview with a company that, with further research, treats their employees like shit and is basically slave drives?

  2. You're screwed unless you can convince CECA that they aren't a safe place for co-ops or if they lied about something on their posting. Otherwise, just rank them a 9 and pray that that's enough to not get you the job.

    Thankfully, WaterlooWorks is going to fix this problem by giving every student 1 non-conditional "NoRank" (though you need to provide a reason which the employer we get to see).
