Depends what it is. Did you fuck up their property? If so they could sue you in small claims court, and likely win. If you just left it a bit dirty or something very minor you will likely get away with it. They might still call a collection agency to annoy the shit out of you/ your parents
What do you mean imposed by the rental company? The original tenant is supposed to be between the two of you. Everything is company <-> tenant <-> subletter. In which case, you fuck over the tenant, and they can try to sue you
