QUESTION: I usually take care of myself physically, and workout 3 times a week, eat healthy. And this year I became so much fitter too, but for the past 2-3 weeks, I just feel like I have no will to work out or eat healthy. As a result I know I its wrong, but it FEELS SOOOO GOOD to be lazy. How do you deal with this?

  1. I just tell myself that I am fat, then get angry that I am fat and that usually motivates me to get back to healthy eating and exercising.

  2. I look up pictures of fitness chicks, they usually come with super motivational quotes. Then I'm like fuck, my ass is no where near as toned.

    1. I tried that but then it seems like all they eat is fruit. Where is the protein? Where are the gainz?

  3. I think back to the feeling I had after a really good day at the gym. That mixture of soreness and satisfaction and weird energy. Usually happens to me after chest day. The desire to get that feeling back usually helps me haul my ass back to the gym. :D
