QUESTION: For those of you who found co-op jobs late and outside of jobmine, did the coop staff actually call your manager and verify the details of your job information form?

  1. I"m pretty sure they do... otherwise it would be really easy to get away with a work term credit. There's also the checkup they do halfway through the term

    1. I think they do a physical visit on your first and before last work terms. Otherwise you could make up your own job, sure. You'd just have to be really good at lying or know someone who is.

    2. They also do site visits if it's the first time the employer hires from uw. So you definitely can't fake it.
