Volunteer to help out at one of the events the CS department runs/is a participant in: CS4UDay, U@Waterloo Day, Fall Open House, and Spring Open House. I have about 4 black ones (red on black) from doing so, and 1 of the new red ones (white on red). Though, the black ones have been/are phased out now, so they might be difficult to get if those are the ones you're looking for.
