QUESTION: Guy breaks up with you, is not and probably will not start dating someone anytime in the near future. He still talks to you/you hang out and tells you he sees you as the girl he is going to marry and talks about moving with you when you graduate in a year or so (long distance and he's not in school). No kissing sex/etc but he gets mad when he thinks you're moving on or seeing other guys.. Can someone explain?

    Give him two choices? Either we date and do things like a normal couple. Or just move on and part ways, but still remain friends if thats what you both agree on. Giving mixed signals is the worst.... hope that helped. Just be firm about what you said. It happened to me with my ex gf, but in the end we mutually broke up even though i felt it was mainly my fault.

    He sounds nuts. If he wants to break up with you, he can't expect you not to find happiness elsewhere. I'd cut all ties and just not keep in contact..

    I was in a similar situation. He's insecure and possessive. I would cut all ties because he clearly has issues that he needs to fix on his own. If you get into a relationship it'll eventually turn toxic. He may try to make you feel really bad for wanting to cut all ties but you that's what you have to do if you care about yourself and his well being.
