I'll disagree with the above and say it matters a bit. It really depends on what you want out of it:
A BMATH CS makes you look way more attractive for grad school. it shows you have the theory behind what you're learning and, once you get into graduate level CS, enough mathametical knowledge and reasoning to be able to succeed.
A BCS has the CS name on it. That says you can do CS. If you want into a development job or some other 'coding' position, that's the better option.
Doesn't make any difference. Take the one that allows you to take the most courses you enjoy.
