OMG UPDATE: Question? Answer.

QUESTION: I was just wondering if anyone else gets a lot of stress and anxiety when they come back to school in September after a spring term of doing nothing. I'm going into my forth year and I still don't know how make the transition easier on myself and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.
Don't do nothing all spring term. Do some extra-curricular reading on topics in your field that interest you. Learn a programming language. Do SOMETHING relevant to school so that when you go back it isn't such a dramatic change.
ReplyDeleteNot a regular student, but I regularly get panic attacks while on co-op when I think about coming back to school. I'm in 4A. If anything, it's gotten worse over time, seeing how chill work is in comparison to school >.<
ReplyDeleteHow can you do nothing all spring term?? I haven't had a term off to do nothing since high school so maybe I'm a bit biased, but get a job, volunteer, take courses online, just do something!
ReplyDeleteSorry, doing nothing is a bit of an exaggeration (I've always had a part-time job during the summer terms). It doesn't seem to help with the transition though, because its always been pretty mindless work.
