QUESTION: How much do you currently owe OSAP? How much are you expected to owe by the time you graduate?

  1. 19k and have graduated. Starting professional school in the fall and will owe approximately 20k more on osap and close to 100k on a line of credit once that's done.

  4. I only have to pay back about half of what OSAP gave me. About 10k after 2 years. So it'll probably be around 20k by the end of my undergrad.

  13. $0, parents didn't pay a dime, i borrowed a lot from OSAP but i paid it all off because unlike some of the people here i know how to manage my money and paid it all off the day i graduated

    also co-op helps

  15. I just finished my last semester and I owe around $30,000. Thank gosh for TA positions and scholarships for covering my MA next. Phew.

    1. You should invest in something. There's no point have that amount of money just gathering dust and depreciating. Especially with the way things are going, bank interest is not going to be worthwhile.
