Any cheap whisky really. I used to be all about getting drunk off of scotch until I discovered how good Canadian Rye was. My go to's would be any Wisers or Canadian Club.
Laphroaig is a good one too. Quarter cask is very warm and oaky. I personally prefer Glenlivet though. Johnnie Walker is crap although I've only had black. Glenfiddich is pretty meh.
Grey Goose is shit vodka with good marketing. Finlandia, Stolichnaya, and Svedka are all reasonably priced vodkas that beat out Grey Goose any day of the week.

ReplyDeletePeach schnapps, delicious on it's own and not expensive at all.
ReplyDeleteDisaronno & Coke or Lamb's Black Sheep Rum & Coke
ReplyDeleteWhisky all the way. Or tequila.
ReplyDeleteGlenlivet is my favourite, but Johnnie Walker is more economical
ReplyDeleteYou should try Knob Creek. It blows Glenlivet out of the water imo. Its a little more expensive I think but also 50%-60% and still delicious.
DeleteGlenmorangie is my personal favourite.
