QUESTION: A series of personal troubles and my own general fuckupery has landed my marks in the shitter in my last year.

What does a science student do if they don't go to grad school?

  1. Do another year or 2 to boost up your marks if you want to do grad school. Otherwise, you can just enter the real world and find a job in a research lab or anywhere that will take you? I think there are jobs in food science industry, like Maple Leaf Foods.

    Cheer up!

  2. Depends what science. But honestly, unless you have no idea what you're doing, you can get into the less prestigious grad schools. Otherwise I'd go for an unrelated job
