QUESTION: Who are some of your favorite CS profs?

  1. Took 145/146 with Prabhakar Ragde, he's very funny and very knowledgeable, would definitely recommend it.

Finishing up UI (349) with Michael Terry this term, definitely one of the profs that's easy to pay attention in class to, he has fairly interesting lectures.

  5. Jason Hinek - Great prof, funny, really interested in the material. Active in responding to questions/boards. Sadly doesn't teach here anymore.

Prabhakar Ragde - Same as #1

Gordan Cormack - Engaging and makes jokes throughout lectures. Active on the boards and really understands what he's teaching.

Shai Ben-David - Good lecturer, and very interested in the material. Doesn't put anything on exams that you haven't seen in midterms. Occasionally makes jokes too.

  6. Gord Cormack, Brad Lushman, Mike Terry, Bill Cowan. I'm sure I'd love a course taught by PR but he only teaches first year and PL.

  7. Troy Vasiga (great, engaging lecturer) and Eddie Dupont (funny, down to earth, makes class interesting).
