QUESTION: How to grad students/recent grads in waterloo meet people to date?
In
my undergrad guys would usually approach me at dc/on campus but nothing
lately..and I'm definitely feeling the age gap now that im not an
undergrad...
Now there are at least 3 grads in this thread. We could hang out and scope out dudes. But still we have this issue of not knowing where to find them...
I'm in a bit of a different situation because I did my undergrad here, know a lot of people still here because of sports/clubs, and am a guy. As a result I had no issues finding someone to date.
Honestly, I haven't even realized that it would be tough for grads too. I think its really detrimental for you to not be willing to date someone younger in this situation. Anyone who's been in grad school for longer than 5min knows just how many weirdos you end up being around and I think looking in grad school is just asking for difficulties.
I'd like to know the answer to this too.
ReplyDelete+1 me too
DeleteI'll take you out ;)

ReplyDeletegreat...
DeleteThe Fox. Seriously.
ReplyDeletewell, I study long hours at dc because I need to get shit done but I'd probably be open to someone asking me out as there
ReplyDeleteQuestion for grads: what's the lower limit you'd be comfortable going out with, generally? Do you have a hard line?
ReplyDeleteGrass on the pitch
Deletelower limit age wise? I'm ok with dating a guy a year younger than me.
DeleteNo hard line. If a guy is mature and intelligent, then I'll give it a go. I do prefer them older, but it really depends.
DeleteWould never date anyone younger than me. Done it for someone born in the same year, it was a terrible idea.
DeleteIt's a maturity thing I think.
^its a shallow thing I think.
