QUESTION: So I have a roommate who always brings her bf over and I can hear them having sex a lot. It drives me crazy because the walls are thin where I live and I can hear everything; I honesty don't need to hear how much she enjoys being in one position or how good it feels. It gets annoying when I have to concentrate on school work or study. How should I confront my roommate about this without being awkward?

    i mean good for ur roommate for having a healthy sex life but i feel this it's annoying to have to hear it ALL the time like can u at least try once in a while to shut UP idk just send her a text or cough or something while it's happening because maybe she doesn't realize ur there

    Depends if you want to be polite, or passive aggressive.
    You could just turn on some porn and blast it in their direction so they know what's up. Or make super vague comments using whatever positions she likes.

    It sucks that our roommate doesn't have common courtesy to keep quiet. I know when I have my boyfriend over we both know we want no one to hear us, and just for the respect of my roommates

    Unfortunately, you have a shitty roommate and you ask try talking to her but other than that ... there's nothing you can do about it
