Confidence, hair, clothing, good hygiene. And just be genuinely friendly and nice and not just to advance with someone. Girls can pick up on that. And don't forget to smile!
Stop thinking of it as "getting with women." If you really want to get laid, hire a prostitute, don't subject women to your advances so you can just fuck them and fuck off.
And if you're looking for a relationship, I'd stop referring to women as pieces of meat...
Women aren't a commodity. Treat them like people and don't expect to catch the interest of someone way out of your league. Get yourself into situations where you make friends and connections (ie part-time jobs around campus, volunteering for clubs, etc). Get to know people. If you meet a girl who seems cool then ask her something like "hey you seem pretty awesome, would you want to go out for coffee with me sometime?" and if she gives you a weird non-answer it's actually just a badly communicated 'no' - in that case just be cool and move on, it's not an insult, she just isn't into it. And keep trying.
Be funny.

DeleteAlso, buy clothes that fit you properly. That makes a pretty big difference as well.
