I don't really care since there is little you can do about at this age. That being said, my future sons (if I have sons) will not be circumcised. It is pointless to remove the foreskin and causes decreased pleasure once they are sexually active/adult.
What about increasing the risk for penile cancer and STIs? Also, trying to clean dirt and fluff out of the foreskin can be a bitch to do. Oh, and don't forget the issue of having a torn frenulum.
Circumcision > no circumcision but it should be an individual's choice, after all. This is just my two/five cents.
I agree, it should be an individual's choice. And by circumcising an infant, that choice is taken away from him. If a man really wants one, get it as an adult. Not as an infant.
I am a girl, but my long term SO (6 + yrs) is not circumcised and cleanliness has never ever been an issue. As for STIs or cancer, from what I have read, there is little to support the claim that foreskin increases the risk of contracting them.
3.a again! Okay, I see! If it helps, I'm a gent myself and I just think that there seems to be more maintenance for an uncut guy than one who is cut. Of course, thinking is different than experiencing first hand, since I did get the procedure done as an infant. So, while I do think that, I do believe it should be left to the individual to decide, as we both agreed on!
Personally, I do not have anything against my folks over it and from my personal experience, I don't believe that it has hindered my overall sexual satisfaction with my woman. After all, sexual satisfaction for a person can be both physical and psychological, sometimes more one than the other!
Uncut here, no problems with cleanliness or "fluff". No idea wtf you're talking about. Unless you never shower, you should be fine without chopping your dick
4: because the female equivalent corresponds to chopping off your whole dick, and is rarely done to infants with no memory but rather to grown girls or women against their will as a tool of subjugation.
I'm not making a statement about male circumcision. However, this is a totally false equivalence that trivializes how serious female circumcision is just because you want to make some point, and that's pretty disgusting. Try making real arguments next time instead of relying on strawmen.
I'm a girl and I'd rather it be the way it's supposed to. You have to clean and take care of yourself regardless. There is no sense in cutting off the foreskin which (like a previous comment mentioned) really just reduces sexual pleasure in the adult.
I don't watch porn. I mean I have browsed in the past but it's not something I do recreationally.
Now I'm kind of curious, though he'd probably think I'm weird if I texted right now and asked if he was cut considering how long we've been together and how often we do it. I just haven't seen that many penises in my life o.o
It really doesn't make a different

Deletehow does everyone look down upon female genital mutilation but male genital mutilation is a religious act?
ReplyDeleteI was always under the impression that female circumcision was cutting off the clit.

how does one actually consider woman's studies worthy of a degree?

Cleaning uncircumcised is no different than cleaning your bum. Thoroughly cleaned just as much.
ReplyDeleteDo NOT circumcise!!!

Oh my ###### god. I just realized that I have no idea if my boyfriend is cut or not. I guess I never really thought about it, and we have sex plenty.
ReplyDeleteI am a bad girlfriend, and I deserve to feel bad.
Isnt it easy to determine if someone is cut or not?
DeleteLooks like a porn dick: cut
Looks like it has a skin sweater on: uncut

... then open porn for 2 minutes and figure it out. There are literal pictures comparing the two all over the internet.
DeleteJust ask him
DeleteGirl here... uncut looks really weird to me tbh
ReplyDeleteI prefer a girl who is circumcised.Uncircumcised just seems weird to me...
