calculate your tdee, eat less than that. add in excersize to lose faster/look decent. genetics plays the biggest role in fat distribution, no way to spot reduce tummy fat.

Stomach exercises will build stomach muscles, not burn stomach fat. You lose stomach fat in the same way that you lose any other fat: exercise, eat healthy and eat less.
what everyone has said. hit the gym, lift weights and do cardio. muscle mass you put on from the weightlifting will help increase your BMR, and cardio will obviously burn calories. watch your diet such that you are eating 500 cals less than you burn.
i've heard 3 tablespoons of coconut oil a day is great for belly fat! I'm also obsessed with the stuff and use it in everything, highly recommend :) ways to use it are in smoothies, in place of butter or other oil, or if you like the taste its delicious as is!
Belly fat tends to be the last to go (esp. for guys). You just need to be dedicated. Don't just do cardio. Lift as well.

ReplyDeleteYou need to just plain lose weight for that to happen. Also do ab work (planks are my favourite) and watch your salt intake.
