    1. So they can theoretically become great grandparents if you have a kid in a few years. Get to it!

    2. With modern science and medicine accompanied by hopefully loose morals, even great great grandparents

  2. Nope! My last remaining grandparent is 88 years old and is suffering from dementia. My folks and I take care of my Grandma at home. She has lived with us for about six years.

My Grandpa passed on in 2006 from cancer at 83 years of age, while my Dad's parents passed away at extremely young ages. Dad's dad was 58 when cancer took him and Dad's mom was 62 when either heart disease or alcoholism took her life away. Sad, really. I never met them since I was not a thought in the 1980s.

  6. My four grandparents are 65, 67, 68 and 69. My parents are both still in their 40s. My greatgrandparents are in their 80's. And my last great great grandmother died a few years ago.
