QUESTION: What's the likelihood of transferring out of UW into another school with a low gpa of 70% in general science 3rd year?

    The rule of thumb is to take the cube of your gpa to get your likelihood of transferring. So 0.7^3 = 34% chance

    You will likely not meet the residency requirement of the new school. Just finish at uw.
