QUESTION: Just started doing the Insanity workout and I live in a apartment building. I'm worried that I'm bugging the people below me because it's a lot of jumping around. Should I try something else or keep going? I'm too self-conscious to workout at the gym. Thoughts?

  1. Who gives a shit what they think. If you enjoy doing the workouts just keep doing them!

  2. OP what you decide to do is up to you, but I don't think you should feel self-conscious about going to the gym. People at the gym mind their own business and are there to get through their workout. Besides, you most likely won't meet them outside the gym, so you shouldn't worry about being judged (and why would you care even if they did; remember - those who matter don't mind and those who do don't matter)...

  3. Ive done insanity at home and i live in the lester buildings. If its carpet then it wont really affect them, but tiled floors make it seem like theres an earthquake to those living downstairs. I think its alright to do insanity on tiled floors unless you are doing power jumps or any kind of really high impact jumping that makes you land really hard.

  4. Keep going until someone says something! If no one is saying anything then you're good!

  5. Go to the gym. Waterloo is full of skinny cunts so you shouldn't be worried. Do some research and you're good.
