QUESTION: Why does the Job Fair have to be during school hours?

    You mean working hours? Do you really want to work for a company where the employees work after hours?

      AFAIK, some of the most productive hours for side projects as a co-op are after-hours, when the majority have gone home...

      I think OP means, they have classes and are unable to get to the Job Fair because of it.

    School hours run any time between 8:30 AM - 10PM depending on night/morning classes.. so.. yes..
