QUESTION: How is the de-stress yoga class in terms of difficulty?


  1. You go at your own pace; the instructor teaches you a pose and it's up to you to push yourself i.e. how much you stretch your muscle and how long you hold the pose for. I highly recommend Michelle's class on Tuesday!

  2. Balance can be hard (especially for people like me) and it was more difficult than I thought it would be since I'd never done yoga before. Still, not very difficult as the instructor (Michelle) at CIF isn't a taskmaster; you do what you can.

  3. when she says "don't think about your school work, your relationships, the next email/text message/phone call you're expecting" etc, i start thinking of all those things i wasn't even thinking about and get more stressed :S

    Other then that, the yoga itself is great! And Michelle is a great instructor, i like her style.
