QUESTION: what's the craziest diet/exercise regime you went on?

  1. When I was 12 I lost 35 lbs in 3 months. I ate 1300 calories a day and did 2-3 hours of cardio a day in addition to playing around at recess. I wouldn't be surprised if I stunted my growth but I haven't suffered any long term negative metabolic effects. Should probably mention that I'm a guy.

  2. I ate only salands for a week at the beginning of this term. It was more of a cleanse rather than a diet, but I think I lost around 5 lbs because of it.

  4. I ate only raw veggies and fruit for about a month and did about 30 minutes of cardio a day.
