  1. Now (20).
The graph of my happiness vs time from 15 to now would be an exponential curve. I fucking hated high school.

  2. 20 here, too. Graduated from college, went for another program, lost my virginity, got a girlfriend, got my full G, got in shape, got back together with old friends, etc.

I would go far and say that I'm still happy!

Probably a local maximum at ~15; high school was pretty fun and much less stressful than uni. But it hasn't been like huge drop in happiness since then or anything.

    1. 2 here. I won't deny that 15 was a good age for me, too. Less stress, last time I was not employed, got more confident in myself and with friends, etc.

Would I want to go back to it? Not really. I like to keep busy!

  4. I'm really not sure. I hated high school but I'm still not that happy now. I guess in terms of relative happiness, it's a tie between when I was 19 and last year when I was 21.

  5. Now (21). Kicked depression's ass, managing my anxiety, living with truly amazing people, best relationship I've ever had with my parents, great job, very active social life, got my academics in order, getting in shape.

  7. 16, sports were a ton of fun in high school and the sense of community was amazing. I didn't study at all and there wasn't any pressure to get marks up for uni yet. Then I came to study ECE at Waterloo..

  8. 2 years ago when I was 20. Met awesome people, amazing travel opportunities, had a fair bit of spending money, accomplished goals I set out for myself, achieved a 4.0 GPA, lost some weight.... Those were the days :'(

  9. I'm 21 and probably the happiest I've been. Gotten my marks up high enough, making healthy decisions, have a volunteer position in the area that I want to work in. Although I will be happier as soon as I sever some very negative relationships that are holding me back and making me relatively depressed.

  10. 15, Little work, lots of friends and lots of fun stuff to do. After that year my friends all started to get into drinking and since I never felt comfortable with it I was never 'in' in the same way after that.

    1. There are tons of people here who aren't into drinking. You should make some new friends! (I'm not saying you should abandon your old ones though)

  11. 16 was probably my happiest time. Lots of great relationships and good things going on in my life at the time.

I would say right now (20) is a close second.

  12. 10

After 20min of homework I spent the rest of the days building forts, playing baseball, having water-gun fights, and watching re-runs of Inspector Gadget and Dragonball Z.

    No rent.
    Home cooked meals 24/7
All my friends within a 3 mile radius
No constant worrying about the future
    RIDICULOUS metabolism
