    2. No, it is just that I am an exchange student and maybe my English is unusual?

People here are kind of mean, I swear to god :)

  2. clubs or talking to people after an exam, its reduces stress knowing someone gave similar answers on tricky question, and there is an obvious topic to talk about

  4. Stay in your room/suite and study. You're not here long enough for the people to matter. Some of us actually come to this institution to learn. /Sarcasm

But seriously, I have no idea at this school anymore. So many people say "Go here" or "Go there," "Join a club," etc. The fact is I've started to find that I'm only able to get to know new students here as once people have found their "group" they really aren't willing to let anyone else in without a serious concentrated effort of the newbie. Like, say, finding a group of people you like and just be continuously around them. And you know, actually being charismatic and not annoying helps too.

  5. If your drink, try going out to a PubCrawl? Everyone's usually friendlier when they're drunk.
