QUESTION: Should I keep being on contraception even though I do not have sex often? I do it one a month or so because of distance.

  1. That is your choice. But if you are having sex and are not ready for a child you should be using some form of birth control (or two).

    If you don't want to take whatever contraception that you are currently using, make sure to talk with your partner and discuss other methods of birth control.

    If you don't have the same partner, decide for yourself what you are comfortable with.

    Also make sure you have a good back-up plan!
