From my personal experience these past 4 years, you have a better chance of getting your book sold if you sell it through Feds. However, it also means you may not get as much back than if you sold it elsewhere. Depends on which is more important to you.
for me, i only sell with feds because i feel like that's where i can get the most money, and i try to buy from another student because they are often cheaper.
